The platform

Modular design of all areas

Our platform is based on a modular system. That means you can choose which areas and functions you need for your event and they will be activated for you. Of course, we are there to advise you in this process.

GDPR compliant

All our processes and technologies are GDPR (dt. DSGVO) compliant. So you don’t have to worry about your participants’ data.

Servers in Germany

All data of your event will be stored under the highest security standards on German servers and will only be transmitted encrypted. Thus, we can guarantee to work GDPR compliant. In addition, we only work with particularly powerful servers to ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible.

User roles

Depending on the user role, different content can be displayed for the user. For example, different info areas can be displayed for different target groups. In addition, content can be completely hidden for certain user groups.

Customizable design

The platform can be customized to your individual corporate design. Adjustments of the font1, font color and size as well as the buttons are possible. Additionally, your logo can be embedded in the navigation.

Personal Agenda

We have the possibility to integrate a personal agenda to give participants the option to add different agenda items to their agenda.

Speakeroverview

All speakers can be displayed in an overview. This way, your attendees can quickly see which speakers are giving a presentation at your event and they receive the first information about the speakers.

Landingpage (Realbild)

The landing page is the starting point of your virtual event. Here you can announce the event, give an insight into the agenda, present an overview of the speakers and list your partners. In addition, your potential participants will find here the possibility to register and later also the login.

Registration

Custom fields

In addition to the mandatory fields such as name, email address and user name, you can freely select additional fields and in this way decide which information your participants can or must provide.

Double-Opt-In

After submitting the registration form, the user will receive an email from our platform. In this email there is a link that he must click to confirm his identity.

Activatable login

Registration for an event often starts a few weeks before the actual event begins. However, the login for the participants should not be available yet. With our platform, the activation of the login on the desired date is no problem.

Dataexport

We provide you with the data collected through registration. So you know at any time who has already registered and what information the participants have provided.

Tracking

Anonymous tracking

Anonymous tracking gives you a good overview of the event and the behavior of your participants. So you can generally see how many participants were on the platform and which pages were visited frequently. Since we track cookieless & anonymously, no consent needs to be obtained and accordingly all participants are tracked.

Personalized tracking

If you use personalized tracking, you receive – in addition to the anonymous data – concrete information about an individual user. You can see whether the user was logged in on the day of the event, which pages he visited, and much more.

Evaluation of the tracking

After the event, we analyze the collected data and send you the requested evaluations. The scope depends on the type of event and the type of tracking.

Live-Stream

The livestream is the main component of your event. This is produced by an external media service provider and embedded into the platform by us. A high-quality stream is essential to keep participants on the platform and increase interaction. An experienced moderator is a good addition here.

Ask questions

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions using our question feature. The special thing about it: the questions are not visible for other participants. This way, the questions can be filtered and communicated to the moderator or the speaker via a hidden chat.

Polls, Q&A's and more

The ability to fade in polls and votings makes the livestream much more interactive and gives you the opportunity to capture your attendees’ opinions and sentiment on important topics.

Join Breakout-Sessions

In addition to our main stream, we also have the option to include breakout sessions. These can either consist of an additional stream or video calls for a certain group of participants.

Chat in real-time

Participants can interact with each other in a live chat during the stream and also ask questions about the topics covered.2

2D or 3D design

In the lobby, but also in other areas of the platform, you can choose between a 2D and a 3D design. Both designs give a quick overview of the event. The 3D design gives the impression of a live event, while the 2D design is more like modern web design and therefore works better on mobile devices. With the 2D design there is also the possibility to integrate a preview of the livestream.

Our Expoarea can be used in different ways. Either as classic exhibition stands, where companies can present their services and products, or to present the products of your own company. Or quite individually: for example, to present the departments of your company at the next internal kick-off.

Expoarea overview

When you enter the Expoarea, you will see an overview of all exhibitors with their logos. Through a hover effect the corresponding name of the exhibitor becomes visible. The exhibitors can be sorted alphabetically here, for example, or they can also be displayed in random order each time the page is viewed.

Schedule a call

In order to contact the contact persons, there is the possibility to integrate an appointment scheduler, with which participants can make an appointment for a video call with one of the specified contact persons.

Exhibition booth in detail

Each booth has a detailed subpage that contains individual content for each exhibitor. It is possible to define which of the predefined sections there should be on the subpages.

Your contact persons

Up to 9 contact persons can be specified for each booth. These people can be part of the sales team or technical support for your product, for example. You can also define how the persons can be contacted. By e-mail, by scheduled video call or directly via a message on the platform.

Our Platform allows participants to organize themselves into public, private or hidden social areas with separate activity feeds and member listing. Video calls can be added to a group as well.

Forums

We can create discussion forums to allow participants to communicate in a structured, bulletin-board style fashion. Forums can work stand-alone or as a part of a group.

Allow participants to send private messages. Messages can be sent to one participant or a group of participants.

Notify members of relevant activity with a toolbar bubble and/or via email and allow them to customize their notification settings

Creditsystem

Increase member retention with gamification that rewards users with points, badges, or achievements.
Award and deduct points to users as they achieve specific steps such as when consuming content or engaging with the community.
Members can earn or unlock ranks for completing specific steps and display badges and rank details on their user’s profile.
